Shabab Al Ahli Dubai fought back from a goal down to register a 2-1 win against visiting Al Jazira in late-night seventh round action of the ADNOC Pro League, on Friday.

Young Abdullah Ramadan gave the visitors the lead in the 15th minute when he sent in a deft left-footed placement to the right of goalkeeper Majed Nasser after being fed by Ali Mabkhout.

vDenied an Abdullah Al Naqbi goal in the 31st minute after being judged off-side, Shabab Al Ahli bagged the equalizer in the 39th minute when Yuri Cesar volleyed home at the far post from a corner kick.

Shabab Al Ahli scored a second in the 72nd minute after Ahmad Noorollah found his way past Ali Khasief after being fed by Carlos Eduardo.

The home team then sat back and soaked in the attacks from Al Jazira to bag the vital home win that took them past Al Jazira into second place with 14 points.
