Al Jazira secured an impressive 3–1 victory over Khorfakkan in matchweek 20 of the ADNOC Pro League at Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium.

Three first-half goals helped Al Jazira claim all three points, while Adama Diallo scored Khorfakkan’s only goal after capitalising on an error from Ali Khaseif.

Al Jazira took the lead after 14 minutes through Mohamed Rabii, who produced a moment of brilliance by cutting inside before delicately chipping the ball over the goalkeeper to open the scoring in style.

The hosts doubled their advantage in the 32nd minute when Milson combined superbly with Simon Banza in a quick one-two before calmly slotting the ball into the back of the net.

Khorfakkan pulled one back five minutes later as Adama Diallo capitalised on a mistake by goalkeeper Ali Khaseif to reduce the deficit and make it 2–1.

However, Al Jazira restored their two-goal cushion just before the break.

A flowing team move ended with Simon Banza applying the finishing touch, calmly scoring in the third minute of first-half stoppage time to make it 3–1.

The result lifts Al Jazira to third place with 37 points, while Khorfakkan remain 11th with 20 points.
