Alejandro Pozuelo found the breakthrough and broke the deadlock when his shot from inside the box saw a slight deflection off Shabab Al Ahli's defense and went into the back of the net.

Yuri Cesar restored the parity for the Dubai-based side when he picked up the ball inside the box and skipped past a defender before drilling the ball into the back of the net.

Shabab Al Ahli is now topping the table with 13 points, while Al Jazira sits 4th with 10 points.
