Al Jazira secured a 3-0 comfortable win over Al Bataeh to jump to the third spot in matchweek 11 of the ADNOC Pro League on Sunday.

Al Jazira had taken the lead seven minutes before the break when Al Bataeh's goalkeeper Darwish Mohammad parried away Hamdan Abdulrahman's header, but the ball found Vinicius Mello, who poked the rebound in and scored his third goal in the league.

The Pride of Abdu Dhabi cemented their lead four minutes after the break as the goal came across the left side, where Nabil Fekir fired the ball across the penalty area, and Mamadou Coulibaly fired the ball in to make it 2-0.

Three minutes before the time, Ravil Tagir put the rebound into the back of the net to seal the victory.

The result means that Al Jazira are now third with 20 points, while Al Bataeh sit 13th with 5 points.
