Al Jazira campaign in the President Cup has reached its end after they lost 1:2 to Sharjah yesterday at Sharjah stadium in the quarterfinal round of the competition.

The home team ended the first half leading 1:0 but Florin Tanase equalized the score with a brilliant header after a cross from Mabkhout.

Caio put Sharjah in the lead and granted them victory when he scored from them at 90+4.

Sharjah will face Ajman in the semifinals for a ticket to the final in May, the other ticket will see Al Ain and Al Wasl battling for it.
