AL JAZIRA VS. AL NASR. PRE-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE

The coach of Al Jazira team, Mirel Radoi, insisted that Al Nasr is now a very different team than the one they faced earlier this season and won against them 1:3 at Al Maktoum Stadium, and he urged Al Jazira fans to arrive in big numbers to MBZ stadium tomorrow and described their support as crucial to the team and players against all opponents.

Preparations for Saturday’s Night Match

“The team is preparing very well for Saturday’s clash against Al Nasr, and we are confident in our ability to produce a strong performance and to fight for the three points against Al Nasr. Some players are recovering from minor fitness issues but we believe they will be fit and ready for the game, there are two training sessions ahead of us and then we will make the necessary decisions about the match squad”.

Closer Look at the Opponent

“They improved a lot after hiring their new coach, Mr. Alfred Schreuder, who did a very good job at making them more organized and strong at defense, they are not allowing their opponents to create many scoring chances in front of their goal, as we all saw in their match against Al Wasl, where they were the better side until they conceded a crucial goal from the first mistake they commit. Al Nasr is very different than what they were when we beat them 1:3 at their home earlier this season, and we will have to be focused and disciplined when we host them tomorrow at our home”.
